Term of Service

All domestic and international orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. For international orders, all duties, taxes, and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Effective January 2025
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked Sale) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item(s) marked sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
