Return Eligibility
Swimwear is an intimate and for hygiene purposes we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the item has been in your possession. We recommend reading all sizing information.

•Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Exchanges&Returns
We only replace and accept returns on items if they are defective or damaged. Please Read All sizing chart.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
•Contact our customer support team at zulieswim@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
•Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
•Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
•Ship the package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
• Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
•Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
